Paranormal help for homes, taken seriously.
If something is happening in your house and nobody believes you, start with our Initial Investigation. A certified technician visits your home, documents the activity, interviews your household, and researches the property's former occupants. You receive a written report with the resident's identity where we can establish it, their history, and our recommendation, usually within the week.
From first visit to final agreement.
The Initial Investigation
Our standard first visit for homes. Flat fee of [PRICE], scheduled within the week.
- A certified technician in uniform, on time, with a legal pad (some residents don't care for electronics)
- An interview with everyone in the household, including the ones with a pulse
- County archive research on the property and its former occupants
- A written report: who is there, why, and what we recommend
If it turns out to be a raccoon, we say raccoon, refer you to pest control, and bill only the inspection. Sometimes it's just the building.
The Coexistence Plan
For households ready to share respectfully. Most hauntings are a communication problem, and most communication problems are solvable on paper. We draft house rules both parties can live with: quiet hours, which rooms are whose, and how requests get communicated in each direction.
Two copies. One for you, one for the attic.
- §1 Quiet hours
- §2 Which rooms are whose
- §3 How requests get communicated, in each direction
Mediation and Relocation
When coexistence isn't the answer. We identify what the resident needs, bring in the right specialist from our network, and negotiate a resolution or a respectful move.
Eviction is our last resort, requires specialist sign-off, and in our experience is almost never necessary once somebody finally listens.
- 01Identify what the resident needs
- 02Bring in the right specialist
- 03Negotiate a resolution or a respectful move
Signs you may want an investigation
Select what you've noticed. Any one of these can have an ordinary cause, and we'll tell you if it does. Several together are worth a visit.
What it's like to hire us
The person who answers has heard worse. You get a real appointment window and a text confirming your technician's name. She'll be four minutes early, compliment your house sincerely, and ask what time the footsteps usually start. Thirty days after your visit, we call to check on the household. All of it.
Residential questions
The Initial Investigation is a flat fee of [PRICE] and includes the site visit, household interview, archive research, and a written report. Coexistence Plans and mediation are quoted after the first visit. Additional clergy or specialists are billed at cost.
In our experience, most residents are people with unfinished business, not a threat. Your technician will assess the situation on the first visit and tell you plainly what she finds.
No. Plenty of our clients don't, and neither do some of their spouses. You only need to want the question answered.
Then we tell you. Drafts, settling foundations, plumbing, and wildlife explain a lot. We refer you to the right trade and bill only the inspection.
Somebody finally wrote it down.
Book your Initial Investigation. We'll be there within the week, between two and four.
