Protocol over panic.
Every Dearly Departed job follows the same certified four-step process: investigate, identify, understand, resolve. It produces the same result in any building, it's documented at every step, and nobody screams. Screaming is unprofessional.
Investigate
A certified technician visits the property, documents the activity, and interviews the household. She'll ask what time the footsteps usually start and write the answer on paper.
Identify
We research the property and its former occupants in the county archives. Where we can establish the resident's identity, we do. Everyone was somebody. Every somebody had a name.
Understand
Most residents have unfinished business. Death doesn't fix your baggage. We find out what theirs is, and we find out what yours is too. Questions go in both directions.
Resolve
Mediation first. Eviction last. Depending on the case, resolution is a Coexistence Plan, a mediated agreement, or a respectful relocation with the right specialist. Every resolution is in writing. You get a report. The resident gets a copy. It goes in the attic.
We call in thirty days.
We call in thirty days to check on the household, all of it. You'll be offered a Haunt Maintenance Plan without pressure. In December, a holiday card arrives addressed to everyone at your address.
The ghost is a client too.
We're the only company in the category that considers the ghost a client too. That isn't sentiment. It's the reason our resolutions hold.
Book an Investigation.
Investigate, identify, understand, resolve. Two copies of everything.
