The third option nobody was offering.
Until now, a property owner with a haunting had two choices. You could call someone who wanted to scream at it, or someone who wanted to film it. We do neither. We treat a haunting like any other property matter: we show up on time, find out who is there and why, and help both parties reach an agreement they can live with.
- OPTION ASomeone who wants to scream at it.
- OPTION BSomeone who wants to film it.
- DEARLY DEPARTEDNo night vision. No theatrics. A legal pad.
Who we help
Homes
Footsteps on the back stairs at the same time every night. Doors that close on their own. A dog who won't go in the basement. If it's a raccoon, we say raccoon.
Residential ServicesHotels, theaters, and venues
When Room 217 is costing you refunds and bookings at the same time, the Haunting Audit gives you documentation, a risk score, and a revenue opportunity score.
Commercial ServicesRealtors, attorneys, and builders
A licensed, insured Real Estate Clearance turns "the house has a history" from a dealbreaker into a line item. Radon. Septic. Us.
Real Estate ClearanceThe thing under the bed
Some things in your house were never people, and they get service too. We never mock the caller, and the caller is six.
Monsters DivisionHow it works
Every job follows the same certified protocol. Investigate, identify, understand, resolve. Choose a step to read it.
Call or book online.
Whoever answers has heard worse. You get a real appointment window, usually within the week, and a text with your technician's name.
They're not decorations. They're residents.
Everyone was somebody, and every somebody had a name. That's why we mediate first and treat eviction as a last resort that requires specialist sign-off. It's also why we never charge a ghost. The invoice goes to whoever has a pulse and property.
The Specialist Network
Some cases need more than a technician. Our network of vetted, insured clergy, psychics, and historians is on call in every territory, so the right expert reaches the right haunting.

The bellman who rang at 3 a.m.
In 1946, two weeks before his retirement party, a hotel bellman named Elmer went over a fourth-floor railing. For seventy years he rang the service bell at 3 a.m. sharp. The fix wasn't an exorcism. It was a formal apology, a posthumous reinstatement, and a brass plaque that reads EMPLOYEE OF THE CENTURY.
Respect the dead. Bill the living.
Answered like a plumber would.
Call a paranormal mediation and property services company like Dearly Departed. We're a licensed, insured trade business. A certified technician investigates the activity, researches the property's history, and gives you a written report and a recommendation, the same way any other home inspector would.
The Initial Investigation is a flat fee of [PRICE]. It covers the site visit, household interview, archive research, and a written report. Coexistence Plans, mediation, and commercial audits are quoted after the first visit. Additional clergy or specialists are billed at cost.
Then we tell you. If it's a raccoon, we say raccoon, refer you to pest control, and bill only the inspection. Integrity means occasionally disappointing people who wanted a ghost.
Not as a first step. We mediate first and treat eviction as a last resort that requires sign-off from a specialist in our network. In our experience it's almost never necessary once somebody finally listens. Exorcism is expensive and, frankly, rude.
Sometime this week is fine.
They've probably been there a while. Book a visit and we'll be there in a two-hour window, four minutes early, with a legal pad.
